Self Mind, or, God in Mind, Your Mental Choice Within.

I can of mine own self do nothing, as I hear, I judge: and my judgement is just, because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which sent me…Joh 5:30

I can of mine own self do nothing! Until you come to this truth in the understanding of self, sin remains at the door. Do you not know sin is separation from our  Heavenly Father, or within the realm of your thought activity, the reigning force is the I, me, my mind, or the flesh mind in control. Murders, adulteries, fornication, and lying tongues are the outward acts, or the results from your thoughts within.

Again, the law in violation is, “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” And, once again, the heart represents the subconscious mind, not that beating organ within your chest. Thus, we read in proverbs, “Keep your heart with all diligence for out from it comes the issues of life.” Did not even the Master say in Mark 7:21, “For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, and murders.” These acts are born out of the mind governed by self.

Understand, when the Son of Man states, “I can of mine own self do nothing,” he is implying the Soul not govern rightly by Spirit, or your mind within, in a state of separation from the Heavenly Father, can do nothing to resist the snares of the enemy. Can do nothing to overcome the limitations of the flesh. Can do nothing!

Yet, Yahushua walked on water. Yahushua, healed all a manner of sickness, and Yahushua even raised the dead, because Yahushua understood, “I of mine own self can do nothing.” He honored not self, but gave all honor and glory to Yah who dwelled within him. This we too, who seek our Heavenly Father’s face, who desire that blessed redemption of oneness with him. This we too seek. As always there is only one who can speak, and only one who can show us the way. Many hear his words, but few receive the understanding to do. So let us hear his words again, and as we listen, let us receive understanding for the doing.

He has said, “I of mine own self can do nothing, then he says, “As I hear, I judge” the word hear means to pay attention to, or direct your thoughts to. The I represents awareness to the degree of self. It promotes the will to do, or not to do. What then is this he must hear, and give attention to? Is it not the laws of Yah, and his written word? What is the first commandment, is it not? “Hear, O Israel; YEHOVAH is our Elohim, YEHOVAH is one: There is not self plus God, there is only Yah. It is not my religion, and me, creating the pretense of the worship of God, there is only Yah. This Yahushua hears, and this he judges to do, and his judgement is just because he seeks not his own will, but the will of the Father…

Who can hear, who will understand? I of mine own self can do nothing. Is this not the recognition of the limitations of the flesh mind, and it’s rejection, to the raising up of the first Truth? Hear, O Israel; Yehovah is our Elohim, Yehovah is one. If the I mind is raised up in authority, where is there place for Yah? Yehovah is one! If your love is centered upon self, me first, are you not then in violation of the first commandment? Deu 6:5 And thou shall love Yehovah thy Elohim with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. If your love for self is greater than your love for the Most High, then your love is vain, because Yehovah is one. Have you not read, “You cannot serve God and mammon.” Think not a physical obedience, but a spiritual obedience to the word of God, as it governs the laws of thought.

Is this not the way of Yahushua? Could he have uttered these words, “I can of mine own self do nothing,” if he had not already established his thoughts in the truth of Yah’s word?

Wisdom cries out, “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” And again Wisdom speaks, “Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.”Yet, this time more. “Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.”

Imagine Yahushua forty days and forty nights in the wilderness meditating on Yah’s word, then cometh the evil one to tempt him saying, “If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.”Yahushua answered and said,” “It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Is this the mind of one governed by self, or the evidence of the God in me mind, in dedication to Yah’s word? Speak if you know.

Have you surrendered self, or do you worship a God you do not know? How canst thou say, I love thee, when thine heart is not with me? Has not the Master spoken and said; “If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him?” Consider the words spoken by Paul unto the Philippians, “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Messiah Yahushua.” Let this mind be in you. The mind that seeketh after the word of God to know it, and keep it.

Many sit in churches throughout the world being taught to be conformed to this world as the teachings of Humanism propagate a sundry of sermons. How has religion spoiled the minds of many whereby they find comfort sitting in darkness, walking in the vanity of their own mind, while foolishly following after the rituals of man ignoring, and not hearing the words of truth! Is it not written: Rom 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. Where in the teachings of humanism do you find the commitment to, “Thy will be done?” Humanism stresses value on the human potential, the self, the I, me, mine, mind in direct opposition to the teachings of Yahushua, “I can of mine own self do nothing.”

Did Yahushua not teach, “Seek ye first the kingdom of Heaven, and its righteousness…?” Since when did the Kingdom of Heaven become the realm of the I, me, mine mind? Darkness abounds, and many who walk through the doors of their church find it within.

Who is awake? When you rise in the morning what path do you walk? For you have place your feet on a path leading to a destination, do you know where it leads? In ending, I ask you a question, the self mind, or the God in me mind, which do you serve?
