@And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Master, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.
The Bible states the disciple asked,”teach us to pray, but we gather from the example as it is described, their question is more a request to reveal the secrets to finding the Father. Teach us to pray like you pray, so that we can find the Father, and demonstrate Elohim in me, as you do. Teach us this.
And Yahushua understanding the question perfectly gave forth the greatest meditation for soul ascension in the form of a believed simple prayer. But its context does not imply simplicity, nor will simple recital of the words bring forth the same demonstration as witnessed in the life of the Master. But it is the course those seeking to find the Father within, not just in a verbal belief, but in a spiritual walk that speak the words God in me from all aspects of their lives, must venture to take.
For it is a venture, a venture coming to face with the greatest sacrifice one can give, SELF. Yahushua said, “…whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.” Yahushua’s Meditation, the LORD’S PRAYER is a journey back to LIFE. Yahweh alone is life, and the life giver. In his prayer/meditation, Yahushua is teaching how to be redeemed/reconnect, find the Father. Yet, the simplicity of the wording within the prayer/meditation causes many to stumble. Unable to discern the secrets within, they fall short in accomplishing the prayer’s purpose, a return to a oneness with the Father.
Think, was not Yahushua in the wilderness for forty days and forty nights? Does this statement suggest simple prayer, especially like those performed in churches today? Or, do the the words forty days, and forty nights suggest intense meditation. Does not the Bible say in Psalms 1, “Blessed is the man who walketh not in the council of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seats of the scornful, but his delight is in the law of Yehovah, and in his law does he MEDITATE day and night…”
The LORD’S PRAYER, Yahushua’s Meditation is the Soul’s journey, or ascension to the realm of consciousness called the Kingdom of Heaven where all thoughts are govern by “Not my will, but thy will be done.”
Here then is that course, and that understanding for those willing to climb the highest mountain, swim the deepest sea, to obtain the greatest joy in life, a oneness with the Father. All the richest in the world cannot compare. Did not the Master Yahushua demonstrate so. Was he not tempted in the wilderness by Satan, who, showing him ALL the kingdoms of the world and their glory, said, “All these things will I give you if you will FALL down and worship me.”
And Yahushua replied, “Get thee hence Satan, for it is written, thou shall worship Yehovah thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.”
Here then is Yahushua”s Meditation, the metaphysical secrets unto everlasting life.
Our Father.
These two words, the beginning of all thought. Meditating on these two words we acknowledge that all mankind is one family. That we all come from one loving Father. It is the focused meditation on the first great commandment. “Hear O Israel: Yehovah is our Elohim, Yehovah is ONE. And thou shall love Yehovah thy Elohim with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
Our Father. Speak the words over and over again, and each time you are acknowledging the Father of all humanity. Be still and know the Father as our Elohim, and these two words will bring about spiritual change, or conscious thought activity. Soon all hatred will dissipate. Anger and frustration will be no more. Where love was not visible it shall appear and overcome all that offends. You will soon become an expression of your Father’s child. In you others will see as they saw in Yahushua, the living expression of, “And thou shall love Yehovah thy Elohim with all thine heart, with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Here then lies the beginning into the Kingdom of Heaven.
Who art in Heaven
Heaven is the conscious realm of unviolated thought. The realm where all thought is pure, the Eden within man, the Spiritual Paradise, Man’s rightful place. The highest realm of spiritual thought where man can communicate with the Father. It is Yehovah’s Kingdom where all good dwells. Yahushua said,”Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven and its righteousness, and all things will be added unto you. It is the realm where the entrance is one of sacrifice, “not my will, but thy will be done.”
It is here through prayer/meditation you seek to elevate your consciousness. Understand, as a man thinketh, so is he. This is spiritual law. No amount of church attendance allows entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven, you must be born again. Think, did not Yahushua say of the Scribes and the Pharisees, unless your faith exceeds the Scribes and the Pharisees you will in no way enter the Kingdom of Heaven. These men were church rulers, like unto many of these false preachers in churches today. Teaching for doctrine their man created religion to the plight of many. Yahushua said, “Seek ye first the Kingdom, but many prefer to be kept in chains.
Hallowed be thy Name
What is Elohim’s name? For it is hallowed, revered, and worthy to be praised. Many call him God, and know him not! Look not upon them for truth. Instead, give meditation upon these three pivotal times the Bible gives mention to the name of your Elohim.
Genesis 4:26 And to Seth, to him also there was born a son and he called his name Enos: then began man to call upon the name of Yehovah (YHWH). Then again in Exodus 3:13 -15 Moses said unto Elohim, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, the Elohim of your Fathers hath sent me…and they shall say unto me, what is his name…
14…And Elohim said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM, and he said, thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you…15 …YEHOVAH Elohim of your fathers…hath sent you…this is my name forever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.
When Elohim spoke his name as I AM, he was speaking his name. In Hebrew the letters are yod he vav he, from which comes YHWH, and the English translation becoming Yehovah, or Yahweh. There were no vowels designation, only consonants, rendering various pronunciations. However, I AM, Yehovah, Yahuah, or Yahweh, is better than God. Yahweh, himself desires so.
In India, the Fakirs (Holy Men) who have dedicated their lives to finding Elohim, meditate daily on the name I AM, spoken AUM. Many fascinating stories can be found in books written by Paramahansa Yogananda and others, but the key to their miraculous feats is always meditation. Did not Yahushua perform miraculous feats? Did he not say, “The things that I do ye shall do also?”
Last, but surely not least, there is the Master Yahushua, who gave us Heavenly Father, which describes the unbridled love our Father has for his children. In these words we see his omnipresent, omnipotence and his omniscience made available unto us for our good.
How difficult would it be for us to even dash our foot against a stone if we abided in his everlasting love. Yet, to experience this love comes not without work, so the disciple asked, Master, teach us how to pray. Teach us how to find the Father as you have done.
